Your Space

  • Double Vision: 10ft space

  • Activation: 6ft space

  • Community: 6ft space

Important

  • Electricity is LIMITED - request ASAP in the Partner Information Form

  • We will provide one cocktail table and chairs (as requested)

  • Please do not ship booth setup/displays directly to the church. You must arrange to bring booth supplies with you.

  • You are responsible for shipping out booth setup/displays. The church is not able to facilitate shipping pickups from UPS, Fedex, etc.

Teardown

Wednesday, May 6: 3:45pm-6:00pm

Attendee Bag Insert

Include your swag in attendee bags! This can be a flyer, postcard, book, swag with your logo, etc. We are planning for 700 attendees.

Deadlines

  • Confirm participation ASAP & let us know what you plan to include

  • Ship materials: Between April 8 - May 1, 2026

  • Materials will only be received between these dates
