9:00-9:30am - Arrival & setup
10am - 5:15pm - Coach Summit (Lunch provided)
6pm - Dinner


 

Set Up Information

You can place a pop-up banner in the room 

  • We will have a banner with all the Coach Summit Partner logos at the entrance

  • We will have tables at the back of the room for Partners to sit

  • Name tags will be provided

Swag

Partners can provide an item to include in the Coach swag bag. This can be a flyer, postcard, book, swag with your logo, etc. You can include a flyer plus a swag item.

If you are planning to include a swag item:

  • Confirm by February 27, 2026

  • Let us know what you will be including

Swag can only be received between April 8 - April 29, 2026 in order to be included. 

Shipping Address - the address and ATTN must exactly match.

Your 10-12 Minute TED-Style Talk

As a Coach Summit vendor partner, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a 10-12 minute TED-style talk to our coach community. Here's what we're looking for:

Content Focus:

  • Provide genuine value and actionable insights (not a commercial or sales pitch)

  • Share how your organization helps churches accomplish their mission

  • Demonstrate alignment with Intentional Churches' vision of radical alignment to the Great Commission

  • Offer practical takeaways coaches can use with the churches they serve

We're Here to Help: We want your talk to land well with our coach community! Send us your proposed title by March 27th, and we can help you refine both the title and content to maximize impact and relevance for the coaches in the room.
